Located right off Sunset Blvd, Will Rogers Memorial Park in Beverly Hills is a park I’ve driven by countless times but never knew how beautifully landscaped it is or thought of it as a place to hang out. My friend recommended it as a cute picnic spot to meet up since outdoor spaces are safer areas to catch up with friends during the Covid-19 pandemic. With a 3-month-old baby my husband and I have kept visitors to a minimum, so an outdoors picnic was the perfect recommendation to get some much needed face time in with friends.
Will Rogers Memorial Park has a fountain and mini pond with turtles and fish along with an idyllic palm tree lined lawn, a restroom and shaded grassy spots to set up a blanket and picnic on. There is a good amount of two-hour parking along the street which gives enough time for a lunch and a little stroll around the fountain. We had a lovely afternoon catching up with our friends and spending time outdoors!
